All orders delivered free of charge to UK addresses regardless of order value!!!
Sorry, but we do not deliver to addresses outwith UK at present.

Delivery times:
Orders placed before 2pm on any day except Christmas Day and New Years Day will be posted on same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be posted next day.

All orders are posted Royal Mail First Class - Royal Mail deliver around 90% of First Class post within one working day, however delivery can take up to 3 working days, so please order your personalised gifts as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of order placing, please email us at info@tartangoat.com - we will send a replacement product to you.
