How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 2pm on any day except Christmas Day and New Years Day will be posted on same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be posted next day.

All orders are posted Royal Mail First Class - Royal Mail deliver around 90% of First Class post within one working day, however delivery can take up to 3 working days, so please order your personalised gifts as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of order placing, please email us at info@tartangoat.com - we will send a replacement product to you.

How much does delivery cost?
Unlike any of our competitors, we ship all UK orders free of charge regardless of order value. Unfortunately, at this point in time we only ship to UK addresses. If you’d like to send Tartan Goat products to friends overseas, please have orders sent to your own address from where you can send gifts onwards.

How much do your personalised gifts cost?
Our personalised cards cost £2.99 each including envelope and postage.

A3 personalised calendars cost £18.99 each including card envelope and postage.

Desk calendars cost £12.99 each including card envelope and postage.

What size are your cards / calendars?
Greeting cards are approximately 210 x 146 mm.

Desk calendars are approximately 290 x 105 mm.

Wall calendars are 420 x 297 mm.

How do I make payment?
Payment is made securely online via WorldPay. Your card details are submitted on WorldPay secure server, not on our site, giving you the peace of mind and level of security you deserve.
